What is included in the full package price?
The price includes standard floor plan, foundation construction, complete internal and external finishing of the house, communications, heated floors, heating and ventilation systems, delivery and installation of the house within a 50 km radius from the factory in Riga.
What is the specification of the house package available?
There are three different packages available – house structure kit, gray finishing package, and a complete finishing package.
How long does it take to manufacture and assemble a house?
The average time to manufacture and assemble a house is three months from the signing of the purchase agreement.
What part of the work is provided by the company?
We offer our customers to manufacture, deliver, and install any of the Ama bouwer house types on their land. Additionally, we also provide architect and designer services for an extra fee.
Is it possible to make changes to the house designs?
The houses are manufactured only as standard designs, but customization options are available for certain features.
Where is it possible to see the already completed projects?
We offer the opportunity to see Ama bouwer houses both during the construction process and once they are completed. We invite you to contact us in advance to find out about the possibilities.
